The legal pack is made available usually within the first 2 weeks and from there, interested parties can review the legals and place bids throughout the process. The vendor may decide to accept a bid earlier or proceed to one of the auction dates. On the day of auction the bidding window will be opened for a 30 minute period and interested parties can register to bid on their property of interest.
